Implementation Approach

Here's how we designed and built this solution:

  • Canvas App UI for lead listing, search, filters, and a guided "Qualify" workflow.
  • Power Automate flow that validates existing Accounts/Contacts, creates records when needed, associates records, and returns a response to the Canvas App.
  • Dataverse as the single source of truth for Leads, Accounts, and Contacts.
  • Basic success / error screens and the ability to re-run qualification if needed.
